No pond is the same, so we tailor actions to your pond’s features and needs—typically on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. Visits can be 30 minutes to 4 hours, and we include professional pond treatments during visits at no extra charge.
Many pond owners “chemical dump” when algae shows up, which can force a full water change (drain/refill) and a reset with beneficial treatments. Another common issue is letting a general landscaper maintain the pond (most don’t have pond-specific experience), or neglecting fall/winter care.
